First, make sure you know your printer model whenever downloading anything. If you have an HP Photosmart C4280, C4480 or C4580, these instructions will work, but make sure when given the option that you do choose the correct model. Now, go to http://www.hp.com/#Support. Now you will need to enter in your printer model.
Next, select whatever operating system you are using. At the bottom, you will see a software section. Click on that, and then download and install the appropriate driver.
